IAC plans a production facility in Burgenland

The company has purchased commercial property in the province of Burgenland and aims to begin implementing the project in two years, creating about 200 new jobs. According to IAC CEO Manfred Gingl, the future "IAC European Technology Centre" should press ahead with research and development and subsequently with the production of components for vehicle interiors.

IAC has its European headquarter in Luxembourg and employs worldwide more than 22,000 people at more than 60 locations in 19 countries. The corporate group operates 50 production facilities, amongst other activities. In 2018, IAC generated revenue of USD 4.1 billion (EUR 3.7 billion).
