Austria the Business Interface for Eastern Europe

Mazda sold 19,185 vehicles in the markets it coordinates from Carinthia, a rise of 14.5 percent from the previous year.

Mazda Austria is on a growth path. Even if Austria remains the company’s strongest regional market with sales of 8,800 automobiles, the countries of Eastern Europe are becoming increasingly important.

However, the company does not only plan to grow outside of Austria, and has set ambitious targets for the domestic market. This year alone Mazda expects to raise sales by 20 percent. On balance, Mazda Austria aims to improve all its indicators in the 2015/2016 financial year, featuring a revenue increase of 15 percent, and boosting car sales in its 18 markets by 30 percent to 25,000 vehicles.
