With respect to its population, Austria boasts the second highest per capita density of inventors, surpassed only by Germany.
Austria’s automotive sector accounts for 450,000 jobs, EUR 15 billion in taxes, gross value added of EUR 30 billion and revenue of EUR 43 billion.
