In addition to state-of-the-art IT solutions and current safety and security standards, the focus is on environmental protection. The entire center including the transshipment area runs on LED lighting. Moreover, 8,000 m² is temperature controlled between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius. In this way, temperature-sensitive goods such as pharmaceutical products can be stored without any problems, thus fulfilling the high storage requirements of Austrian pharmaceutical companies and the DB Schenker customers Genericon and G.L. Pharma.

Alongside an office building with 2,800 m² of space, the integrated terminal features a transshipment area of 3,500 m² and a logistics area of close to 27,000 m². In this way, DB Schenker is doubling its area in Styria, creating capacity for up to 250 jobs.
