The E-Commerce Germany Award 2019 for the Best Payment Solution was granted to the Fintech company cashpresso by an 18-person jury of experts judging the ten finalists. The jury of experts was especially impressed by the market entry of the company in the physical retail B2C business area. “Payment in installments is becoming increasingly crucial in e-commerce. Financing over time is not only relevant with respect to electronics but is gaining in importance in all sectors”, states Daniel Schiller, Head of Sales. This installment purchase solution will be available to customers starting in March 2019. The service is offered to retailers at no additional cost.
cashpresso was established in 2015 by Daniel Strieder, Michael Handler and Jörg Skornschek, and cooperates with Deutsche Handelsbank, amongst other partners. The service provided by the company, namely a quick online purchase limit of up to EUR 2000, can be directly used by end consumers.
