Chatbot “Mona” as a central infopoint for companies

Illustration chatbot Mona © USP

"With our Corona Chatbot, our central eGovernment portal for companies, the Business Service Portal has developed a valuable service for businesspeople. It makes the most important information available quickly, easily and even on a mobile basis in this challenging time", emphasized Margarete Schramböck, Federal Minister of Digital and Economic Affairs.

Mona will support the business community as best as it can to cope with the coronavirus crisis. The service is located on the homepage of the USP and should supply important information to companies on key points such as funding, labour law issues such as short-time work and also teleworking. On the one hand, users can send in freely formulated questions. On the other hand, they can take advantage of conventional information tools in which in-depth information on the three key topics of work, financial aspects and research will be successively made available via a mouse click.
