Founders award announced

PHOENIX honours startups, spin-off and the development of prototypes and shows how essential the transfer of knowledge is for Austria as an innovation location. This year, the Austrian Founders Prize will be granted int the categories Startup, Spin-off, Prototype and Female Entrepreneurs. Applications can be submitted up until 15 September 2021. Participating companies must have a registered office in Austria and have to be founded after 1 January 2015. The prize winners will be given trophies, certificates and vouchers valued at € 5,000. Short films about the prize winners will also be made. The prices will be bestowed in December 2021.
The Austrian Founders Award PHOENIX is granted on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research and the Federal Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs.
