Tyrol asserts itself as a film location

Tyrol was the site chosen for 61 films, TV and streaming productions, including feature and documentary films as well as series, shows and reports, along with 50 commercials, photo shootings and music videos. Overall, this involved a total of more than 600 days of filming. The Tyrolean regions benefited from more than € 5.5 million in production-related expenses incurred during filming. Some 350 million people watched the moving images from and about Tyrol. The ORF/Netflix thriller series "Woman of the Dead" and the filming of series for the German TV station ZDF were among the productions which took place in Tyrol.
