Continued interest in the business location of Lower Austria

Lower Austria turned in a positive performance in the past year with respect to business location and expansion projects.

In 2022, the regional investment promotion agency ecoplus supported a total of 91 projects, which created or secure 1,793 jobs. Inquiries about operating sites in Lower Austria remain at a high level. At present, about 470 additional business location or expansion projects are being processed. ecoplus is investing € 52 million this year in the Lower Austrian business location.
