Infineon Austria

Infineon Technologies Austria is closely linked to its business location in Villach since 1970, when it first commenced diode production. Another competence center was set up in Graz. Research is also being carried out at the affiliated companies DICE and Comneon in Linz, and the subsidiary Infineon Technologies IT Services GesmbH in Klagenfurt. A total of more than 1.100 researchers are now employed by Infineon in Austria.
